1. Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link

Officially known as Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link, this eight-lane cable-stayed bridge is the first project initiated by Mumbai Government that commences West Island Freeway System. The bridge is designed to cater around 37,500 vehicles per day while reducing the time travel between Bandra and Worli by a big margin. A road journey of 8 km can now be completed in the matter of just 7-10 minutes which used to take 45-60 minutes earlier. Inaugurated by UPA chairperson, Smt. Sonia Gandhi, this Sea Link plays a big role in the progress of making Mumbai a world class city. Visit this wonder may be just to admire its might.
2.Siddhivinayak Temple

The Siddhivinayak Temple is a very famous temple in Mumbai. It is also known as Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Temple. This temple is situated at Prabhadevi in Mumbai. It is a two hundred years old Temple. People believe that Lord Ganesh of Siddhivinayak Temple fulfills the desire of His worshipers. Marine Drive, officially known as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Marg, is a 3 kilometre long boulevard which stretches from Nariman Point to Malabar Hills. It is an inverted ‘C’-shaped six lane road in southern Mumbai, running along the coast of the Arabian Sea. Famed for a large number of Art Deco buildings that were built by wealthy Parsis during the early 20th century, this necklace-shaped stretch is worth exploring. Listed among the most posh areas of the city, Marine Drive features many high-end hotels and restaurants.

4.Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) is popular railway station and is a spitting image of Victorian-Gothic style of architecture in India. Located in the heart of Mumbai, the CST is also a ‘World Heritage Site’ declared by UNESCO in 2004. Built in 1888, the station is the grand reminder of the British Raj pre-independence and is still one of the most historical landmarks within the Central Business District (CBD) of Mumbai. The Gateway of India is one of India’s most unique landmarks situated in the city of Mumbai. The colossal structure was constructed in 1924. Located at the tip of Apollo Bunder, the gateway overlooks the Mumbai harbor, bordered by the Arabian Sea in the Colaba district. The Gateway of India is a monument that marks India’s chief ports and is a major tourist attraction for visitors who arrive in India for the first time. At one point of time, this monument represented the grandeur of the British Raj in India. The total construction cost of this monument was approximately 21 lakhs and the whole expense was borne by the Indian government. The ISKCON Temple or the International Society for Krishna Consciousness is a famous temple situated in Mumbai. This temple, also known as the ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple’ and ‘Radha Rasabihariji’ is dedicated to ‘Lord Krishna’ and was built by the ISKCON Foundation. The temple complex is sited on the main ‘Hare Krishna Land’ that covers an area of over 4 acres. This temple was established by Swami Prabhupada in 1978 and is one of the forty ISKCON temples in India. Situated at a 10 km radius from Gateway of India is one of the major tourist places in Mumbai, the Elephanta Caves. The caves are said to be one of the oldest rock cut structures in the country and is a perfect example of archaic Indian art associated to the cult of Lord Shiva. It is reckoned that the caves were adorned with sculptures between in 6th or the 8th century. The island on which the caves are built was originally known as Gharapuri and is a quiet and picturesque island with green foliage and harmless primates.
